Originally developed by Coleman for outdoor camping, this Hot Water On Demand system can be a major resource at home during an extended power outage. (Outdoor use only.) This portable, self-contained unit operates on clean-burning propane and a AC/DC rechargeable battery powered pump. With one 16.4 oz. disposable propane canister (not included, available in most hardware and outdoor stores) and a fully charged battery, you can heat 40 gallons of water for washing, cooking, cleaning, etc. Pretty impressive!

Portable, lightweight (22 pounds), durable

30,000 BTU propane burner (propane canister not included)

Rechargeable 6 volt battery (AC adapter and DC auto adapter included)

Collapsible 5 gallon container and hose included

3-Setting dial: cool, warm (50 degrees F above water temp), hot (100 degrees F above water temp to maximum of 160 degrees)

Fully charged battery has 40-minute running time

Built-in full-size faucet

Automatic shutoff is water temp exceeds 160 degrees F or if unit tips over

Flow: 1 gal/min on cool or warm setting, 1 qt/min on hot setting

Connect the hose to a full 5 gallon water container and adjust to desired temperature. In 5 seconds, you have hot water for beverages, washing, cooking, etc. We think this is an amazing emergency preparation product that can serve the very important purpose of providing needed hot water during an extended power outage that might render your hot water heater useless.
