Our Aussie friends have designed a waterproof emergency storm parka that is both good looking and protective against the elements. When not in use, it packs into its own inside-the-back zipper pocket to become a waterproof backpack with room to carry extra gear. Yet, it easily unpacks to give you the cover of a waterproof breathable parka with deep pockets and a protective hood to keep you snug and dry in even the worst storms.
